The beds were fine, and the location was top. The outstandingly accommodating staff were happy to help and accommodated all my requirements. I appreciated the valley view from my double room. Early check in and late check out. I think the hotel was wonderful, would come here again.

We would recommend to anyone. The hotel is QUIET, beds are comfortable, bathroom is good size. The location was excellent yet it was within short walking distance to downtown area, just 15 minutes by foot. Also, it had convenient access to parque santa ana.
